I’m a Masters-qualified counsellor supporting individuals and couples, specialising in grief, loss, trauma, and couple therapy. My work includes supporting clients through infidelity, relationship conflict, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), and complex grief. I hold a Master of Counselling (Torrens University, 2024), Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling (Sydney College of Divinity, 2011), and certification in Guided Drawing®. I am a professional member of the Melbourne Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (MCEFT), ICEEFT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Training Australia (EFTTA), and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA Level 4).

Therapeutic approach

My approach is grounded in empathy, attachment theory, and evidence-based methods. I draw on advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), including masterclasses on infidelity, narcissism, high-conflict couples, and working with neurodiversity. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich relationship facilitator and have a Masters-level specialisation in grief and loss. Guided Drawing® therapy allows clients to access somatic, “bottom-up” healing through creative expression, helping release and restore body memories.

A bit about me

I’m passionate about supporting clients because of my own life experiences, including domestic violence, infidelity, and navigating complex family roles. Outside counselling, I enjoy beach and bush walks, reading, coffee, and time with my family. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, or relationship challenges, I bring warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based expertise to help you heal, grow, and strengthen connections.
