I’m a Masters qualified counsellor and specialist relationship therapist who helps individuals and couples find clarity, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection. My work focuses on relationship challenges, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and supporting neurodiverse clients, particularly those navigating ADHD. I hold a Masters of Counselling, Torrens University (2025) and Post-Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Torrens University, and a certificate in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Therapeutic approach

Therapy works best, I believe, when it feels safe, human, and grounded in real understanding. My approach is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—a practical, compassionate framework that helps people respond differently to difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions, and live more fully in line with their values. Together, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you, whether that is healing from loss, working through conflict, managing overwhelm, or rediscovering a sense of purpose and calm.

A bit about me

Like many of my clients, I’ve faced my own seasons of change and challenge, including caring for ageing parents and healing from betrayal in a past relationship. These experiences have shaped my empathy and deepened my belief that being genuinely heard can be profoundly healing.

Over the past two decades, I’ve supported couples and individuals through relationship counselling, communication coaching, and pre-marital programs, and have worked across both Australia and Europe in community, pastoral, and cross-cultural settings.

Based in Forster, NSW, I offer counselling in-person in Forster and Port Macquarie, and via secure telehealth across the Mid North Coast and beyond. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect—helping you create space for healing, connection, and growth.
