I’m a Masters-qualified counsellor and specialist couples therapist, supporting individuals and couples to find clarity, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. My clinical focus includes relationship challenges, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and supporting neurodiverse clients, particularly those navigating ADHD. I hold a Master of Counselling (Torrens University, 2025) and a Postgraduate Diploma of Counselling (Torrens University), with certified training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am a professional member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), the ANZ chapter of ACBS, and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA Level 2).

Therapeutic approach

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, human, and grounded in real understanding. Guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and live more fully in line with their values. Together, we focus on what matters to you—whether that’s healing from loss, working through conflict, managing overwhelm, or rediscovering purpose and calm.

A bit about me

I bring personal experience of life’s challenges to my work, including caring for ageing parents and healing from past relational betrayal. These experiences shape my empathy and belief that being genuinely heard can be profoundly healing. Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported couples and individuals through relationship counselling, communication coaching, and pre-marital programs, in both Australia and Europe, across community, pastoral, and cross-cultural settings.

Based in Forster, NSW, I offer counselling in-person (Forster and Port Macquarie) and via secure telehealth across the Mid North Coast and beyond. Wherever you are on your journey, I meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect—creating space for healing, connection, and growth.
